Job Description

Main responsibility : For managing and executing a company's social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement
Content creation and management: Brainstorm, create, and repurpose engaging content, including graphics and videos, for various social media platforms.
Scheduling and planning: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of posts.
Community management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and engage with followers to build a community.
Campaign execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising.
Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (like reach, engagement, and conversion rates) to optimize content strategy.
Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
SKILLS
Creative skills: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is often required.
Technical skills: Expertise in social media platforms and familiarity with analytics tools (like Google Analytics).
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
