Job Description

Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for executing daily HR operations, managing key employee life-cycle processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role supports all departments and maintains a positive working culture.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior and mid-level roles, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new employee

  • Employee Relations:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and compensation, ensuring prompt and confidential resolution of minor

  • HR Administration:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical), manage leave and attendance tracking, and process necessary HR paperwork.
  • Performance Management:

    Assist in coordinating the annual/periodic performance appraisal process and track employee development and training completion.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all HR practices, documentation, and procedures comply with internal policies and local

    labor laws

    and regulations.
