Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management (Hire to Retire): Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including pre-employment documentation, system access provisioning, and compliance checks. Manage data entry and updates in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM for new hires, job changes, and employee exits. Oversee offboarding processes for leavers, ensuring completion of exit formalities and timely deactivation of access. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and documentation. Contractor Management: Coordinate onboarding activities for contractors, including verification of credentials and setup of required access. Ensure compliance with contractor agreements and timelines. Monitor contractor tenure and manage extensions, conversions, or exits in collaboration with stakeholders. HR Operations: Provide support for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Payroll, and Legal) to address employee needs. Generate and share periodic reports on HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, and tenure. Ensure adherence to local employment laws and company policies across all HR activities. HR Reports/Global Onboarding Surveys/Data Clean Ups. Systems and Documentation: Manage SuccessFactors/SAP HCM and other tools to maintain accurate employee data. Ensure all employee-related documentation is complete, signed, and stored securely. Identify and recommend improvements for process efficiency and system optimization. Maintenance of SOP and Workflows from time to time. Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated on global employment regulations and ensure compliance across all activities. Contribute to policy development and implementation. Ad-Hoc Work: Be open to take care of Ad-Hoc Tasks from Time to Time. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders globally. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of global employment laws and best practices. Knowledge of SAP/SF preferable. Expected to work in Flexible Shift Timings (Evening Shift primarily 4 PM to 1 AM). Open to work in Hybrid mode (2 Days a week).
