Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with design, production planning, and quality assurance teams to align shade development with product specifications and production schedules. o Provide technical support and training to staff on dyeing techniques, color matching, and quality standards. o Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality dyes and chemicals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with safety regulations.
