Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support the administration of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll. Assist with performance management procedures and maintain appraisal documentation. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and staff development activities. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment status. Support HR projects such as HRIS upgrades, policy updates, and audits.
