Position : HR Executive
Experience : Minimum 3 YearWorking days : 6 days a weekSalary : As per industry standardsLocation: Gachibowli (Hyderabad)
Key Responsibilities :
· Handle end to end recruitment and on boarding.
· Manage employee engagement & attendance.
· Maintenance HR documentation and compliance.
· Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal HR policies.
· Assist in the review, update, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
· Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leaves and other HR -related data.
· Prepare HR reports, analytics & documentation as required .
· Support HR audits and compliance-related documentation.
· Assit with payroll and performance tracking.
Recruitments:
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA in HR Preferred)Excellent communications & Interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of HR operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
