Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – HR to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and performance management.

The role requires strong HR operations knowledge and the ability to build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.

Handle payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and HR policies.

Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

Support training, performance management, and career development.Maintain HR records, MIS, and generate reports for management.

Requirements:MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.4–7 years of HR experience.Knowledge of Indian labor laws & compliance.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
