Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portal, social media, Field Hiring, networking, and other channels, and build a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs.
  • Partner closely with project heads, site HR teams, and hiring managers to understand their specific workforce needs and job specifications.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate technical tests and final selections.
  • Negotiate offers, salaries, and joining dates with selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and generate regular reports on hiring progress and metrics.
  • Timely closure of vacant position.
  • To maintain employee relation, serve as a point of contact for employee questions, resolve workplace conflicts, and investigate employee complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
