Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and Statutory administration, such as provident fund, insurance and healthcare plans & Other Statutory Compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves and personal information.
  • To prepare and submit payroll and attendance reports to the management on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • To handle statutory registrations for employees, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees State Insurance (ESI) enrollment, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • To compile and process employee documentation and records, and maintain an up-to-date and accurate employee database
  • Handle Non-IT Recruitment, shortlisting profiles, conducting and scheduling interviews, and closing requirements on time.
  • Posting job descriptions, as per requirements, on social media, career websites and other Job portals.
  • Experience in recruiting Field Home Appliance & IT Hardware Technicians
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • To Coordinate for formulating HR Policies & Procedures as well as communicating all updates to employees.
  • Handle Employee Grievances including Conflict resolution & disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws & regulations.
  • To Coordinate the performance review process by collecting feedback, tracking employee goals, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
  • Maintaining employee performance records and documentation.
  • Coordinating employee training programs.
  • Assisting in identifying training needs and developing training materials.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in Payroll , Statutory , Employee Grievances, Recruitment & HR Generalist Activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • High Ethical Standards & Integrity.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
