Assistant Manager - HR

Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR Department: Human Resources Location: Goregaon Experience: 3–6 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, payroll, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR policies, HRMS systems, and hands-on experience in managing employee grievances and HR documentation. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities Maintain and manage HRMS (Employee data, attendance, leave, onboarding records) Manage all HR correspondences including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documentation Handle employee grievance management and ensure timely resolution Coordinate and process monthly payroll with accuracy and adherence to timelines Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.) Support audits and compliance checks related to HR and statutory requirements Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality Assist in HR policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Indian labor laws Hands-on experience with HRMS software Good understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong documentation and organizational skills Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in handling HR operations in mid to large-size organizations Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality
