Role & responsibilities
Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, consults with line management on recruiting, employee
performance and development, employee relations, succession planning, compensation, and training.
- Coordinates as project team member on global HR initiatives in the development, design and execution of
corporate HR programs and projects, including conducting training and change management.
- Collaborate with recruiting team and local managers on candidate recruitment driving the local candidate
screening and selection process. On-Time sourcing, resume review, screening and shortlisting resumes,
scheduling interviews with the hiring managers
- Responsible for entering and maintaining employee data within HR system (i.e. personal data, job, office,
promotion, compensation, working capacity, leaves of absence, education, background history, line
managers, assistants, etc.)
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards
- Support with New hire onboarding & BGV checking processes, as well as Induction of new employees.
- Drive consistent HR processes and policies or enhancements that support the business, complying with
legal and corporate requirements.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations and employment-related legal issues through conducting
thorough, objective, and effective investigations legally and based on best practices.
- Manage employee data and HR systems effectively and timely at Noida.
- Report on HR activity to the Head of HR & Corporate VP of HR.
- Serves as a point of contact for Noida business unit for all HR-related matters.
- Follow the Performance Improvement Review (PIR) process and monitor the employee performance and
report to Corporate HR on the status monthly.
- Collate and analyze employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revise people programs and
policies to generate more positive outcomes
- Advise/update employees on ESIC, PF, GMC grievances and partner with respective stakeholders for the
same
- Ensure background verification is tracked and completed within the time frame and action initiated as per
policy
- Work with managers to Issue disciplinary action for employees whose performance/behavior fall under
expected levels.
- Ensure fun Friday activities are conducted periodically and conduct CSR activities in coordination with HR
Head
- Coordinate with HR Head for attendance, payroll inputs, bonus and reimbursements
- Ensure monthly completion or rewards and recognition and authenticate data shared for Performers

- Assists managers with employee relations issues, investigations, and terminations; prepares documentation
and makes recommendations for corrective actions in a timely manner including progressive disciplinary
actions, terminations according to companys Corrective Action Policy.
- Conducts all exit interviews on voluntary employee terminations, recognizing and addressing trends; and
reporting such information to the VP of HR and India leadership.
- Ensures company compliance by staying abreast with India and local labor laws.
- Reviews and analyzes business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience to
recommend systemic improvements.
- Utilizes workforce data analysis and makes recommendations to improve business or Business Unit
effectiveness.
- Manages the performance management cycle by supporting managers with employee performance
reviews, ensuring all are conducted timely, fairly, and documents are stored securely.
- Serves as HR Liaison to the companys India Operations at Noida, attending various team/staff meetings,
company and team events, building rapport and providing exceptional HR service and resource to address
their needs.
- Coordinate HR related projects such as Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, etc., providing
recommendations and improvement objectives to the Head of HR & VP of HR and other leaders within the
Company.
- Perform job duties in accordance with the organization's information security policies.
- Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
- Maintain personal folders of all employees working out of Noida.
- Works with management to ensure discipline & decorum on the floor as per the policy
- Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications with an aptitude to learn new programs
quickly.
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP; XLRI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll systems (UKG preferred), with strong ability to create reports, build surveys,
and analyze data.
- Proven ability to research to gain HR knowledge and law information for various HR related issues.
- Working knowledge of employment practices in India and ability to adapt GetixHealth global initiatives
locally.
