We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management. This role covers the full HR spectrum including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compliance, and HR operations. Role & responsibilities 1. Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in compensation disbursement. Benchmark compensation data and recommend salary revisions. Administer employee benefits, leave, and incentive programs. 2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs. 3. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HRMS data integrity. Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.). Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. 4. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution. Ensure disciplinary procedures are fair and compliant with company policies. Promote open communication and trust across teams. 5. Strategic HR & Business Partnering Align HR strategies with business goals to support organizational success. Provide HR insights and analytics to support leadership decision-making. Support organizational development and change management initiatives. 6. Employee Engagement & Culture Drive engagement programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Organize team-building events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs. 7. Performance Management Design and implement performance appraisal systems (OKRs, KPIs, etc.). Support managers in setting goals, giving feedback, and managing underperformance. Conduct periodic performance reviews and training needs assessments. 8. Learning & Development Identify training needs and create annual learning calendars. Coordinate internal and external training programs. Promote leadership and career development initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1015 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR domains. Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices. Proficient in HRMS/HRIS and MS Office tools. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
