Job Description – HR Assistant ManagerCompany: Burger Farm Location: Head Office Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment for store and HO positions. Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction process. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and store-level coordination. Support payroll team with required HR inputs. Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance. Coordinate training & development activities for store staff. Monitor store-wise manpower status and ensure timely hiring. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and update management regularly. Support retention initiatives and employee engagement activities. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field. 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in retail/QSR industry). Strong communication, coordination & documentation skills. Ability to manage multi-location manpower and work under deadlines.
