Job Description

As an Assistant Manager HR & Admin, your role will involve coordinating the Recruitment & Selection Process, managing the entire Employee Life Cycle from Onboarding to Exit, handling Induction, Training & Development processes, and overseeing Security personnel in alignment with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Performance Management activities, including managing Increments & Promotions, internal transfers, and confirmations. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as the Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment Act, and CLRA registers. - Manage Govt. Licensing requirements like Factory license, RC, PF, and ESIC. - Oversee Time Office Management, Leave & Attendance cycles, Conflict Management, and Employee Grievances. - Maintain 5S and Housekeeping standards within the organization. - Implement ISO/IATF systems effectively and maintain documentation. - Handle Manpower, including Contract/On-roll employees, and process bills for Security, Contract Labors, Tea, Telephone, and Bus. - Conduct Performance evaluations for all employees and enhance their skillsets through Skill Matrix reviews. - Manage employee benefits, including broker/vendor relationships, enrolment, claims resolution, and addressing general employee inquiries. - Collaborate with internal Teams to finalize Process flows, conduct regular meetings for process improvements, and build effective partnerships with Employees, Vendors, and Stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to enhance processes, increase productivity, and uphold compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Graduation along with an MBA in HR or an equivalent degree in HR. - 5 to 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing/Service industry. Additional Details: The work location is in person, and proficiency in MS Office, Basic & Advance Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint is essential for this role. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a salary range of 4 to 7 LPA, reporting to the DGM HR.,
