Job Title: Store Executive Location: MIDC, Kalyan - Badlapur Rd, Morivali, Ambernath Department: Store Management Reports To: Store Manager Job Summary: The Store Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper stock management, and supporting smooth business operations. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Maintain accurate records of stock, receipts, and dispatches. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure minimum discrepancies. Handle goods inward and outward, verifying quantities and quality. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials. Prepare and maintain inventory reports, purchase requisitions, and stock registers. Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts teams for stock requirements. Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages in advance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards. Support team members and assist in resolving store-related issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
