L1,L2 Engineer: Field /Resident Engineer: Provide on-site support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals Perform hardware diagnosis, part replacement (HDD, RAM, keyboard, motherboard, etc.) Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, and basic software Handle system formatting, antivirus setup, and OS recovery Resolve LAN connectivity and basic network configuration issues Maintain service logs and provide accurate documentation of each job Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for parts and escalations Handle both preventive and corrective maintenance. Required Skills: Good knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware components. Hands-on experience with OS installation and system troubleshooting. Education : ITI / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. Experience: 6 months to 3 years in IT support or laptop servicing. Salary: 15,000 to 22,000 Take-Home (Based on experience).
