About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Software Implementation

Assist in installing, configuring, and deploying software solutions at client sites or remotely.
Understand client requirements and ensure smooth implementation of applications.
Conduct basic testing and validation post-installation.
Provide training and documentation to end-users.

Phase 2: L1 & L2 Support

Act as the first point of contact for client queries and technical issues (L1 Support).
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems within defined SLAs.
Escalate complex issues to L3 or development teams as needed.
Maintain logs, prepare reports, and ensure timely resolution of tickets.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of software applications and operating systems.
Knowledge of databases and networking fundamentals (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Eligibility

BCA graduate (2024/2025 pass-out preferred).
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
