Role & responsibilities

  • To implement human resource processes and procedure for the internal control.
  • To assist plant personnel with medical insurance, compensation benefits and salary issues.
  • To maintain proper personnel documentation.
  • To assist AGM/Manager HR in the preparation of department budgets.
  • To ensure compliance with all legal / statutory practices.
  • To assist VP/AGM/Manager HR in screening and hiring new personnel or for the replacement of personnel as needed.
  • Implementing and maintaining Time Office function.
  • To assist & co-ordinate in Training as well as to maintain the training records.
  • To assist & co-ordinate Manager HR in day-to-day administration.
  • To assist in Performance Appraisal of all the employees
