Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources processes, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Manage the recruitment process end to end, including job postings, sourcing, recruiter calls, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, updating trackers and presenting to VP HR
• Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data entry and updates in platforms KEKA.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary training and resources.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with VPHR to develop training programmes that enhance employee skills and performance.
• Utilise social media management tools to promote company culture and attract potential candidates.
• Prepare reports on HR metrics to assist in strategic decision-making.

Skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems .
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Administrative experience within an HR environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes
