Talent Acquisition

and

Learning & Development

functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in hiring, onboarding, and training, with the ability to align people strategies to business objectives. This role blends strategic HR thinking with hands-on execution to drive organizational growth and employee development.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across various roles and departments.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct HR interviews, manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.

Learning & Development:

  • Design and deliver induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs to support employee growth and capability building.
  • Monitor and report training effectiveness and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, performance enhancement, and career development.

Employee Experience & HR Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to confirmation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, dashboards, and reports related to recruitment and training.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee retention.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HR tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
