Sr. Executive - HR

As a Recruitment Data Manager, your role will involve managing recruitment data and coordinating interviews efficiently. You will be responsible for conducting inductions of new staff, ensuring proper orientation, and facilitating the hospital induction program. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating on-the-job training programs for staff in collaboration with relevant departments. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate welfare activities for employees to enhance their work experience - Prepare and analyze various MIS data to contribute to organizational improvement - Implement and monitor processes that promote team spirit and communication across departments - Assist in preparing the department's manpower budgeting - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to employees - Manage joining formalities and conduct exit interviews and full and final settlements - Preference will be given to male candidates Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in recruitment data management and coordination - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights - Familiarity with statutory compliances related to employee management - Prior experience in conducting inductions and training programs is preferred Please note that this role is full-time and requires in-person work at the specified location.
