Job Description

NABH Accreditation & Compliance

Ensure ongoing compliance with NABH standards and facilitate regular assessments, audits, and surveillance visits.

Coordinate the documentation and implementation of NABH standards across departments.

Act as the liaison with NABH assessors and manage related documentation and communication.

2. Quality Assurance & Improvement

Develop and implement hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.

Conduct internal quality audits and manage non-conformance tracking and resolution.

Analyze clinical and non-clinical quality indicators and develop action plans for improvement.

3. Policies, SOPs, and Documentation

Oversee the development, review, and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies in line with NABH requirements.

Maintain a central repository of all quality-related documents and ensure version control.

4. Training & Capacity Building

Conduct training programs on quality standards, patient safety, infection control, and incident reporting.

Sensitize and train staff on NABH guidelines and quality management practices.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, analyze, and present quality metrics (e.g., patient satisfaction, adverse events, audits).

Prepare periodic reports for hospital management and quality committees.

6. Committees and Meetings

Serve as member/secretary to various hospital committees such as Quality, Infection Control, Safety, Ethics, etc.

Facilitate and document meetings, and ensure action items are tracked and closed.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nursing, MBBS, BPT, or equivalent healthcare degree

Preferred: Diploma or certification in Hospital Management / Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in healthcare quality management; NABH exposure is essential

Key Skills:

In-depth knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools

Training and mentoring capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,992.58 - ₹44,474.08 per month
