Job Description

Project Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and implement Method Statements, ITPs, Checklists, and QA/QC procedures.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and QMS/ISO standards.
Conduct site audits, inspections, material testing, and ensure compliance with structural quality norms.
Investigate defects, perform traceability analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Lead quality meetings with contractors and CM teams to track improvements.
Approve material test certificates, close NCRs, and maintain quality documentation.
Conduct QMS trainings for project teams and contractor staff.
Oversee and develop the QE site team

Skills & Competencies

QA/QC in Civil / Structure
Knowledge of construction practices
QMS / ISO 9001
Material testing, audits, NCR management
Strong communication & analytical skills

Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in QA/QC (Structure) in large construction projects
Strong understanding of QMS, site investigations, and structural practices
