Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager
Department: Quality & Compliance
Reports to: Medical Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor hospital-wide quality improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards and coordinate accreditation activities.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) follow-ups.
• Prepare, review, and update SOPs, policies, and quality manuals.
• Train staff on quality standards, patient safety, and documentation practices.
• Monitor incident reporting, patient feedback, and quality indicators.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality committee meetings and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate clinical and non-clinical quality initiatives to improve overall patient care.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field; Master’s in Hospital Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality management.
• Strong knowledge of NABH/NABL standards.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead audits, manage teams, and ensure compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
