Job Description

Role Objective: To develop Architectural Design and manage timely deliverables to project management to help the Organization deliver projects to the Customers in time and Quality. Conduct in-depth research on urban development trends, demographics, Architecture styles and environmental factors to inform comprehensive urban planning strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement sustainable and innovative urban development projects incorporating aesthetic and functional needs. Utilize advanced data analysis skills to assess the impact of proposed projects on communities, considering social, economic, and cultural aspects. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and design methodologies to enhance urban planning processes and architectural solutions and style. Engage with stakeholders, including community members, and industry experts, to gather input and ensure projects align with community needs. Prepare and present comprehensive reports, visualizations, and presentations based on research findings and architectural designs. Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. Lead and mentor junior architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Qualification, Work Experience and Other Requirements : Advanced degree in Architecture with a focus on Urban Planning and research field. Proven experience in urban planning, architectural design, and research within diverse communities. Strong proficiency in architectural design software and data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills to convey complex architectural concepts and research findings. Ability to integrate sustainability principles into urban planning and architectural design. In-depth knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental considerations. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess the social and economic impact of urban development project
