Key Responsibilities: Operations & Supervision Supervise daily housekeeping and deep cleaning activities across data halls, technical rooms, offices, and common areas. Ensure cleanroom-level cleaning standards are followed in server rooms and critical areas. Allocate manpower, plan shifts, and monitor productivity of housekeeping staff. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. Data CenterSpecific Cleaning Ensure dust-free, static-safe, and contamination-free cleaning of: Server racks (external surfaces only) Raised floors and underfloor areas AHU/CRAC rooms and electrical rooms Use approved tools, chemicals, HEPA vacuums, and microfiber systems only. Ensure no liquid spillage, loose particles, or unsafe materials near IT equipment. Safety & Compliance Enforce EHS, PPE usage, and data center safety protocols at all times. Ensure staff follow SOPs, method statements, and permit-to-work systems . Maintain compliance with client, ISO, and facility guidelines. Training & Team Management Train housekeeping staff on data center cleaning techniques and dos & don’ts . Conduct toolbox talks and refresher training sessions. Handle staff attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring. Reporting & Coordination Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, attendance, and MIS reports. Coordinate with Facility Managers, Engineers, and Client Representatives . Report incidents, deviations, or risks immediately. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong supervisory and people-management skills Knowledge of data center / critical environment housekeeping Understanding of deep cleaning processes & cleanroom practices Good communication and reporting skills Attention to detail and safety-first mindset
