The role…

Incumbent is expected to play a vital role in supporting the HR department and driving business outcomes. Responsible to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, manage day-to-day HR tasks, and support employee growth and development. Analyse HR data for informed business decisions and provide insights to improve HR processes. Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, HR knowledge, analytical skills, and collaboration.

  • Performance Management & Succession Planning
  • Engagement Programs & Grievance Handling
  • Learning & Development, DEI Initiatives
  • Talent Reviews, Internal Mobility, and POSH Compliance
  • Workforce Reporting & Insightful Dashboards

What We’re Looking For…

  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Management & Engagement
  • Stellar communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented approach
  • A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across multiple roles
  • Master’s degree in HR
