Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will play a critical role in overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll, coordinating audits, and handling workforce management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing statutory compliance, payroll processes, labor law adherence, and audits such as IATF and MACE. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to support the growth and smooth operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.) and maintain up-to-date records.
• Handle IATF and MACE audits, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to audit standards.
• Manage manpower planning, workforce allocation, and address operational workforce challenges.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws.
• Act as a point of contact for labor law-related concerns and liaise with external agencies and legal bodies when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, specifically in payroll management, statutory compliance, and labor law administration within the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
• Hands-on experience with IATF & MACE audits.
• Proficiency in HRMS and payroll software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
