Job Description

BASIC PURPOSE:

TO HANDLE ALL HR RELATED ACTIVITY LIKE ENTIRE RECRUITMENT PROCESS, JOINING FORMALITY INDUCTION TRAINING, EXIT FORMALITY, CREATING AND MAINTAINING EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL RELATED DATA AND APPRAISAL.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. QUALIFICATION:

i. B.Com/ MBA HR

ii. Communication skills: Should be able to understand, read, write and fluently speak in English and Hindi language. (letter drafting in English)

2. SKILL:

i. Candidate should have thorough knowledge of standard HR practices

ii. Word, Excel, Power point, internet, Job portals.

iii. Candidate should have secured FIRST CLASS throughout his/her education.

iv. Communicate/ canvass candidates and recruitment agencies.

3.WORK EXPERIENCE : As HR executive 3 T0 5 years at a stretch in HR dept. of metal cutting / metal /plastic forming machine, packaging machines manufacturing company only.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

The reporting hierarchy is to Assistant manager HR. This position has frequent day-to-day contact with

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (KEY RESULT AREAS)

1. Handling entire recruitment process

a) Job posting on various job portals.

b) Communicating recruitment agencies

c) Social media advertisement

d) Paper media advertisement

e) Communicating, visiting colleges, instituites placement cells

f) Visiting Job mela (exhibitions)

g) Searching on job portals

2. Scrutinizing, filtering, and shortlisting candidate CV.

3. Preparing MIS report on shortlisted candidate CV

4. Calling, Mailing short listed candidates and arranging interviews.

5. Conducting interviews as per protocol.

6. Preparing offer letter for selected candidates.

7. Follow up and arranging prejoining courtesy mail.

8. Executing joining formalities.

9. Induction & training.

10. Regular periodic appraisal.

11. Handling grievances

12. Payroll

13. Conducting exit/dismissal formality and exit interview

14. Periodic training and annual appraisal.

15. Preparing MIS report.

16. Drafting and forming amending HR systems & policies.

(KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS) MEASUREMENT/CONTROL SYSTEM

1) Every activity mentioned above will be given specific time and quality requirement and quantity to be produced depending on the task.

2) Every activity assigned will be recorded in terms of quality, quantity and time, the same will be reported by Manager quality in written prescribed format daily after execution with deviation if any and reasons for the deviations.

3) Every task assigned, after completion will be checked by the immediate boss with reference to quality, quantity and time.

GROWTH TRAJECTORY

Based on performance, educational growth, new skill acquisition and culture fit, candidate will have positional /financial growth after every two to three years SR HR EXECUTIVE /ASSISTANT MANAGER HR.

WORK CONDITIONS:

i. Office working time from Monday to Saturday 8.30 AM to 5 PM, Sunday off

ii. Candidate will be on 6 months’ Probation and will be made permanent on the basis of his performance during probation period.

iii. 10th of every month is a salary day of last month transferred in account.

MOBILE USAGE, SMART WATCH, CAMERA AND ANY ELECTRONIC STORAGE DEVICES ARE RESTRICTED IN THE OFFICE.

Pay: ₹16,510.23 - ₹44,281.98 per month
