Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain recruitment databases and assist in employer branding initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.

Policy Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
Assist in the review, update, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR audits and compliance-related documentation.

Performance Management

Coordinate the performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
Support management in tracking KPIs and development plans.
Assist in identifying training and development needs within the organization.
Knowledge of MS Office is must and Good Communication Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
