Job Description

Role Overview:

An HR Executive plays a critical role in supporting the HR department in implementing HR policies and processes, handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions. They ensure that HR operations are smoothly and efficiently carried out to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and records of candidates.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Assist in fostering a positive work environment and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Support in implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, benefits, payroll, etc.).
  • Assist in the implementation and management of HR software and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate and support training and development programs for employees.
  • Work with department heads to identify training needs and organize learning sessions.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the execution of performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure the timely completion and recording of performance reviews.
  • Provide feedback and support employees in goal setting and career development plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Help administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
  • Support payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of employee compensation data.
  • Assist in salary and benefits benchmarking.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with labour regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Stay updated on legal requirements and manage internal audits.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze HR data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field may be beneficial.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
