Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite - Night shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition while also supporting HR Operations activities. Experience in the travel industry or with international process (BPO) hiring will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Lead recruitment efforts for a wide variety of roles within the travel industry.
• Use traditional and digital recruiting methods to attract a diverse range of candidates from the similar industry.
• Hands on experience sourcing candidates through all social platform.
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
• Build a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.

HR Operations:

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate for employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Support compliance and documentation requirements.
• Provide general HR support to employees and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience in the travel industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/ATS platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (onsite).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
