Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Manage compensation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies and regulations. Create and promote a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment. Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, retention, engagement) and provide regular reports. ________________________________________ Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred, e.g., SHRM, PHR). 5+ years of HR generalist or managerial experience. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
