HR Operations Assistant

Role Overview: As an HR Operations Assistant at IQ-EQ, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent HR services to the UK&I cluster. Your main responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for employees for all HR-related queries, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the success of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Provide accurate and timely responses to HR administration queries through the centralised HR Inbox. - Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee movements during the employment lifecycle. - Handle internal movements such as visa administration. - Manage benefit administration and maintain accurate records. - Organise and maintain employee files. - Report on HR metrics like absence. - Update HR database changes following relevant procedures. - Support HR Business Partners in implementing HR solutions locally. - Offer advice and guidance to line managers and employees on employee lifecycle, policies, and procedures. - Deliver professional HR services to the UK&I cluster to contribute to business success. - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Group HR and other HR hubs. Qualifications: - Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, Legal, etc. - 1 to 2 years of relevant HR administration experience. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel. - Knowledge of HR systems. - Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team.
