Job Description

As an HR Operations Assistant at IQ-EQ, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent HR services to the UK&I cluster. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related queries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, benefit administration, employee file maintenance, and HR database updates. Your role will also involve reporting on HR metrics, providing support to HR Business Partners, and offering guidance to line managers and employees on the employee life cycle and local policies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support for HR administration queries via the centralised HR Inbox - Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements administrative requirements - Handle benefit administration and ensure data accuracy - Organise and maintain employee files - Report regularly on HR metrics such as absence - Update HR database following relevant procedures - Support HR Business Partners with local HR solutions implementation - Offer advice and guidance on employee life cycle and local policies to line managers and employees - Deliver professional HR services to the UK&I cluster to contribute to business success - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Group HR and other HR hubs Qualifications Required: - Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, Legal, etc. - 1 to 2 years of HR administration experience - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel - Knowledge of HR systems - Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team Company Additional Details: Sustainability is a key focus for IQ-EQ, reflected in their commitment to building long-term relationships with stakeholders while reducing environmental impact.
