To qualify for the role, you must have More than 1 year of experience after completion of CA or 3+ years of experience (as B.Com/M.Com, BBA / MBA) in risks & controls, with experience mainly in Internal Audit / SOX / internal controls Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar) Strong command on spoken and written English Team player with strong interpersonal skills CIA certification is preferred Ideally, you'll also have Responsible for the performance and appraisal of direct reports, including training and developing necessary skill sets to enable them to grow in their careers. As a Senior within the Actuarial team your role involves developing and implementing solutions both within the Insurance service line and in collaboration with other services lines.
