HR Generalist (US & India Operations)

You will be working as an HR Generalist supporting the US Recruitment Team based in India for a company specializing in IT Services and Staff Augmentation for the US region. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategizing, building, and focusing on programs to enhance company culture and attract top talent - Collaborating with executive leadership to drive crucial programs - Ensuring efficient recruitment and interviewing processes to maintain optimal staffing levels and consistent application of HR policies - Providing a superior employee experience from talent acquisition to compensation - Developing and managing HR policies, systems, and processes - Supporting a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance - Utilizing ATS platforms to enhance employee experience, maintain data accuracy, and generate HR metrics - Working with global peers to establish standardized processes and implement best practices - Compiling management reports with recommendations and trends Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in HR executive/generalist/manager roles, preferably in IT Services or Staff Augmentation companies - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master's degree is a plus - Proficiency in laws and HR best practices - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership - Confident and clear communication style, excellent presentation skills, and exceptional organizational abilities - Enterprising and solution-oriented mindset is highly desirable - Experience in an international work environment is preferred - Immediate joiners will be given preference,
