We are inviting applications for the role of Analyst /Process Developer/PA - Recruiter (End-to-End Process) Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit. Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Manage job postings across various platforms and ensure timely updates. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide feedback and updates to candidates in a timely manner . Data Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data. Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor&rsquos degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition . Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (SuccessFactors RCM is an advantage) . Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies. Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition. Key Skills and Attributes: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume hiring.
