Drive inventory quality initiatives globally: Prepare and analyze excess, NCM and SLOB (slow-moving and obsolete) inventory reports; lead discussions with regional teams to drive corrective actions by collaborating with regional teams Own the S&OP processes for supply and inventory management for earmarked regions, along with regional counterparts, to optimize stock levels and enhance supply chain efficiency. Own and utilize analytical tools [eg: Proprietary UPL tool SONAR], to assess excess / short orders and implement necessary actions in supply/inventory planning to optimize stock levels. Align already created production plans with inventory requirements and market needs through close coordination with production units. Conduct regular reviews of raw material stocks, inventory / sales trends to to support strategic decision-making. Work closely with demand planners, production planners, Commercial operations team, logistics team and procurement teams to drive inventory quality, inventory levels and working capital initiatives Lead annual / biannual target-setting, inventory norms setting exercises (eg: lead time, safety stock etc.) for inventory and supply planning.
