Our focus is on empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to streamline and automate their operational activities. Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience in scaling startups from the ground up. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in SaaS business development , understands the SME market deeply, and thrives in a high-growth, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the SME segment. Conduct engaging product walkthroughs and demos tailored to client needs. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products and how they enhance organizational efficiency. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closure. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. Consistently meet or exceed business acquisition and revenue targets. Requirements Minimum 8 years of business development experience in SaaS or related technology domains. Proven record of scaling or contributing to the growth of a startup or early-stage business.
