Role Overview

Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the SME segment.
  • Conduct engaging product walkthroughs and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products and how they enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed business acquisition and revenue targets.


Requirements

  • Minimum

    8 years of business development experience

    in SaaS or related technology domains.
  • Proven record of scaling or contributing to the growth of a

    startup

    or early-stage business.
  • Strong presentation of tech products, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with ambitious targets.
  • Understanding of SME operational challenges and decision-making processes.
