Business Development Manager – Sales (Solar EPC – C&I)

Experience:
5 years & Above
We’re looking for a results-driven BDM to lead growth in the Commercial & Industrial Solar
EPC sector. You’ll identify and convert clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue
through strategic sales and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and close Solar EPC leads in the C&I segment
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with project teams
• Conduct technical and commercial consultations
• Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Solar EPC or related sales roles
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, PPAs, and policies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelors in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)
• Willing to travel across Delhi NCR
