International Market Strategy:
Develop and implement international business development strategies for copper and Aluminium wire products to expand market share in targeted global regions. Analyze global market trends, economic factors, and local regulations to identify potential markets and expansion opportunities. Monitor competitors activities and market conditions in international markets to keep the company competitive. 2. Global Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for international markets through effective sales strategies and partnerships. Identify and approach key clients across industries in various international markets. Cultivate relationships with key customers and end customers to enhance market penetration. 3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Offer tailored solutions to meet specific regional and industrial needs, based on in-depth understanding of local requirements and challenges. Provide post-sales support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or inquiries in a timely manner. 4. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct detailed market research on potential international markets to understand customer needs, pricing models, and buying patterns. Perform SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) for targeted regions and recommend actions to senior management. Stay updated on international regulations, trade policies, and industry standards that could impact product sales. 5. Negotiation & Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with international clients, distributors, and partners on terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules. Prepare and present international proposals, bids, and quotations in line with client expectations and company policies. Ensure contracts are compliant with international trade laws and company policies. 6. Brand Promotion & Positioning:
Enhance the companys brand awareness and visibility in international markets by creating targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Attend and represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build relationships, showcase products, and gather market insights. Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt marketing strategies, digital content, and promotional tactics for different regions. 7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of international orders, timely deliveries, and high-quality standards. Collaborate with the finance team to manage pricing, invoicing, and payment terms for international clients. Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to senior management. 8. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
: Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market analysis, and forecasted growth in international markets. Monitor and track performance against international sales targets, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Provide quarterly and annual reports to the leadership team on the status of international business development efforts. Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred.
