As an HR Manager at Enacton Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding - Attending college career fairs, interacting with students, and promoting the employer brand - Providing informative materials about job vacancies to university TPO - Keeping job descriptions up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws - Building and maintaining relationships with universities and educational institutions - Developing training and performance management programs - Handling employee grievances and resolving issues - Motivating employees through induction, orientation, and training programs - Establishing key metrics for defining competencies and skills required for each role - Gathering and analyzing HR metrics for informed decision-making To succeed in this role, you will need: - 3-8 years of experience in Engagement, Talent reviews, and Learning & Development - Confidence, proactivity, and adaptability in a changing environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of organizational roles and industry trends - Ability to prioritize work and handle confidential information - Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities - Strong listening and communication skills with emotional intelligence - Proficiency in MS Office and HR Systems Soft Skills required include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking - Effective conflict resolution skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - High emotional intelligence and empathy - Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and retention strategies - Leadership skills for leading and developing HR teams You will have higher chances of securing this position if you have: - Work experience in an IT firm - Strong experience in Technical Recruitment and campus hiring - Extroverted personality with a willingness to take on responsibilities - Ability to act quickly and maintain quality standards Enacton Technologies Pvt.
