Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Lead the HR team and ensure effective execution of HR policies and procedures. Maintain strong coordination with management for workforce planning and organisational development. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, factory workers, and managerial roles. Develop hiring plans, conduct interviews, and finalise selections with management. Build a talent pipeline and manage onboarding and induction processes. 3. Compliance & HR Coordination Ensure full compliance with labour laws, the Factory Act, PF/ESIC, minimum wages, the Bonus Act, the Gratuity Act and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with legal consultants, government authorities, and HR service vendors when required. Maintain accurate statutory documents, registers, and audit-related reports. 4. Employee Relations & Workforce Management Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances and maintain a positive work environment. Build and maintain healthy relations with factory manpower, supervisors, and contractors. Lead disciplinary actions, counselling sessions, and conflict resolutions. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs for staff and workers and implement suitable training programs. Conduct orientation programs, skill enhancement sessions, and management development programs. Ensure continuous development of employees to improve productivity and workplace culture. 6. Payroll & HR Operations Supervise monthly attendance, leaves, and payroll processing in coordination with accounts/finance. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HRMS data, and documents. Manage employee benefits, incentive policies, and salary revisions. 7. Health, Safety & Compliance Coordination Work closely with Production and Safety departments to enforce safe workplace practices. Ensure policies related to safety, hygiene, and welfare are implemented across factory and office locations. 8. Policy Development & Implementation Draft, update, and implement company policies (leave policy, holiday policy, code of conduct, HR manual, etc.). Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and HR practices across all units. 9. Reporting & Documentation Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review. Maintain confidentiality of HR and employee-related information. Present workforce analytics and strategic HR insights to management. Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, the Factory Act, labour laws, statutory compliance and payroll processes. Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and HR documentation. Expertise in interpreting and implementing labour regulations. Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes. Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Total Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience Relevant Experience: Experience in human resource management, with at least 2–3 years in an HR leadership role.
