Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for global BPO operations, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic HR support in workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. - Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation in compliance with local and international labor laws. - Driving engagement, retention, and career development initiatives across multi-country teams. - Leading and supporting change management initiatives during organizational transformation and restructuring. - Analyzing HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions. - Ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and international employment standards. - Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for international talent acquisition. The qualifications and requirements for this role include: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in an HRBP role supporting international BPO operations. - Strong understanding of BPO operational models and global HR best practices. - Experience managing diverse, cross-cultural teams across time zones. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to navigate complex employee relations in a high-volume, fast-paced BPO setting. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience working in BPO hubs such as India, the Philippines, Latin America, or Eastern Europe. - SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / CIPD or equivalent HR certification. - Experience supporting US/UK/EMEA clients or operations.
