Manager - HRBP

You are an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with expertise in HR Operations, Generalist Functions, and Recruitment Processes. You will play a key role in shaping and managing the people strategy to support business growth in the electrical manufacturing industry or related sectors. - Act as a Generalist handling multiple aspects of HR such as employee engagement, grievance management, performance management, and training & development. - Manage the full recruitment process from manpower planning to onboarding. - Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. - Drive employee retention and engagement programs for a positive workplace culture. - Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the manufacturing sector. - Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs for operational excellence. - Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making. - Lead initiatives for skill development, workforce planning, and succession planning. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - 7-10 years of HR experience in electrical manufacturing or allied sectors. - Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and generalist functions. - Familiarity with HRMS tools and advanced MS Office skills. - Excellent knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and industry practices. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Proven leadership skills to mentor and manage HR teams.
