To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in oil and gas/petrochemical/refining/chemical or equivalent industries. You should have substantial experience and technical understanding of engineering, maintenance, and operation of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) in oil & gas processing facilities. Preferred qualifications include being a Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer or equivalent. Additionally, having mentoring and coaching skills, experience working as part of a remote team, and a proven record of accomplishment in risk management and contractor performance management are beneficial.
