Job Description

As an HR Business Partner Manager at Liasotech, your role will be crucial in attracting the right talent, developing capable teams, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: - Collaborating with department heads to forecast manpower needs. - Leading end-to-end hiring processes for various roles across different departments. - Designing and implementing onboarding programs aligned with Liasotech's values and work systems. - Performance & Development: - Driving company-wide KPIs, goal-setting, and review processes using Zoho systems. - Identifying training needs and creating learning plans for technical, leadership, and soft skills development. - Supporting managers in feedback, coaching, and career development discussions. - Engagement & Culture: - Strengthening accountability and recognition culture through periodic initiatives. - Facilitating leadership reflection and value-connection programs. - Acting as a culture guardian to ensure daily adherence to integrity, accountability, excellence, innovation, and adaptability. - HR Systems & Governance: - Ensuring efficiency and sustainability of attendance, policy adherence, and HR processes. - Providing guidance to HR Assistants and Executives on operational execution. - Collaborating with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and retention strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA/PGDM in HR with 6-10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors. - Proven track record in hiring, performance management, and capability development. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the maturity to collaborate closely with business heads. - Strong data orientation and proficiency in using Zoho/Excel dashboards and analytics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Build HR strategies and execute them within a system-driven organization. - Collaborate directly with company leadership on people and culture initiatives. - Design and implement initiatives that contribute to making Liasotech a self-running entity. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources is necessary. The work location is in-person.,
