Manager - HRBP

As a Human Resource professional in our organization, your role will involve aligning the people strategy with the business strategy. You will partner with senior leadership to create policies and programs in line with the organization's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Identify manpower requirements for new/existing departments - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Assess training needs, apply, and monitor training programs - Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances - Provide HR policy guidance - Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning - Nurture a positive working environment Qualifications Required: - Degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills - Excellent people management skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - Knowledge of HR best practices - Team handling experience (1-2 HRBPS) - Experience of managing HRBP function in different locations In addition, you can expect: - Set your career on an exponential growth path with a start-up - Learning and growth opportunities to enhance your career journey.,
